Refund policy

PLEASE READ OUR POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER!

For health and hygiene reasons, beach towels, swimwear and hair accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. For these products our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for these products.

It is important to write us before returning any products, so we can provide you the right steps for making the return. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

For the rest of the products, which are not intimates , in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (IF APPLICABLE): 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- The sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion. For intimate products (swimwear, beach towels, hair accessories) we don't accept returns and we don't offer any refunds.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.



Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (IF APPLICABLE)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges(IF APPLICABLE)


We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, but different size send us an email at hello@lemonly.eu and we will try to solve the problem. 

For sanitary reasons, beach towels, swimwear and hair accessories ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

 

Gifts

Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for yYOUR OWN shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
